Position: Mitigation Technician

Reports To: Director of Operations

What does a Mitigation Technician with Paul Davis do?

The list of competencies is not all inclusive and may expand to include other areas of responsibilities as Owner may deem necessary from time to time:

· High level performance of water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead

abatement and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services according to Paul Davis and industry

specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager/Team Lead.

· Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.

· Maintain a clean, properly stocked and organized truck and maintain all company equipment.

· Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule.

· Assist in warehousing and facility related tasks when necessary.

· You will assist other team members as you see opportunities arise and be a leader for the team

when needed.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. on a repetitive basis
Ability to push/pull up to 300 lbs. of product using a four-wheel dolly/hand truck
Ability to stand, bend, turn, twist, pull and push

Team Qualifications (Requirements):

Ability to clearly deliver truth and give certainty when property owners need it most
Proficient with variety of current technology and software programs
Career emphasis on learning and continuing education
Sound planning and organizational skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills

Prior experience in distribution and picking systems preferred
