WHAT DOES A PROJECT MANAGER ASSISTANT WITH PAUL DAVIS DO?
• Assist the Senior Project Manager with all aspects of the construction lifecycle
• Initiate and maintain communications with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Maintain construction schedules and ensure timely project completion
• Review subcontractor and vendor invoices
• Order job materials and manage inventory
• Assist with the development and management of project punch lists
• Ensure all contracts and documents are collected and properly filed
• Celebrate project completion with your team and homeowners, knowing you've helped restore their property and their lives

The Project Manager Assistant plays a key role in the management and coordination of construction projects, assisting from the time a successful bid contract is awarded through to the completion and final payment stages. This role ensures that projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget, with high-quality results.

REPORTS TO: Senior Project Manager

QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIREMENTS):
• Hungry and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
• Willingness to work hard and adapt to irregular hours when needed
• Thrives in high-performance environments
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, time management, and project management capabilities
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to lead and develop teams effectively
• Proficiency with mobile and computing technology, with the ability to learn new software
• Clean driving record and reliable car (company provides a generous car allowance)

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
• Eligible for full benefits after 90 days of employment, including health and disability insurance, earned vacation and sick days, 401(k) with company matching, and performance-based annual bonuses
• Monthly cell phone allowance, car allowance, and reimbursements for gas and tolls
