As the Estimating Division Manager, you'll be the driving force behind a centralized team of experts producing restoration estimates across a wide range of projects, from mitigation to large loss claims. What You’ll Do:

Lead & Inspire

  • Coach, mentor, and manage a talented team of estimators, guiding them to create top-quality, profitable estimates for residential, commercial, and large loss claims.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and excellence, ensuring the team consistently delivers high standards and meets key performance indicators (KPIs).

Shape the Future of Estimating

  • Oversee the creation of estimates using cutting-edge tools like Xactimate, Symbility, or T&M Pro, ensuring profitability and quality on every project.
  • Work hand-in-hand with operational leaders across the company to secure and deliver on impactful projects, contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.

Collaborate & Negotiate

  • Build strong relationships and facilitate collaboration across departments, ensuring seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead the charge in negotiating with insurance adjusters, property managers, and owners, while coaching your team on effective negotiation strategies.

Drive Results

  • Set, track, and achieve quarterly and annual KPIs, ensuring your team’s projects are on time, within scope, and profitable.
  • Regularly review project progress and outcomes, driving continuous improvement and maintaining excellence in customer service and professionalism.

What You Bring:

  • 7+ years of experience leading and growing high-performing teams.
  • Expertise in estimating tools such as Xactimate, Symbility, and other relevant software.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, finance, accounting, statistics, or a related field.
  • Industry certifications (IICRC, Xact Certification) are a strong plus.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
