We are looking for experienced trades professionals to join our team as a crew member or crew leader! You will be making an impact each day by responding to customer needs for Water, Fire, Mold, Reconstruction jobs and more.
Position Summary
As a dependable Property Restoration Technician, you will perform hands-on restoration, reconstruction, repair, and remodeling work to restore residential and commercial properties. Every day brings different work and the opportunity to help customers rebound from damage.

What You’ll Own
- Perform assigned restoration, reconstruction, repair, and renovation work.
- Complete carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, demolition, installation, and general construction tasks based on experience.
- Follow project scopes, safety procedures, and direction from the Superintendent.
- Protect customer property and maintain clean, organized jobsites.
- Inspect your work and address quality concerns before considering a task complete.
- Communicate progress, material needs, additional damage, and field concerns promptly.
- Participate in emergency and after-hours response when scheduled.

Compensation
- $20.00 – $30.00 per hour, including incentives
Benefits Include:
- Six paid holidays per year
- Paid time off (accrues immediately)
- Time-and-a-half pay after 40 hours/week (hourly employees)
- Paid incentives for emergency call-ins (evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Double-time pay for holiday emergency call-ins (Production roles)

What We Seek
- Experience in remodeling/restoration/construction or other related trades
- Experience serving commercial and residential properties
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
- High school diploma/GED
Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
