What You'll Do:

Lead and manage all daily operations of the grooming center (“Scenter”)

Drive sales through outstanding customer experience and goal-oriented team leadership
- Recruit, coach, and develop a winning team
- Monitor KPIs and take action to meet performance targets
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism and compassion
- Maintain a clean, safe, and positive environment for dogs and team members
Requirements:
-
2+ years of management experience (retail, restaurant, service industry, etc.)
- Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills
- Tech-savvy: comfortable using Google Drive, Gmail, Outlook
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Reliable transportation and ability to work in a smoke-free environment
- A genuine love for dogs!
