We’re looking for a motivated, sales-oriented individual who has a passion for the insurance industry. Responsibilities:
  • Establishes personalized telephone  and e-mail contact with the client. Creates a climate of trust conducive to service Property, Auto and Commercial insurance policies. Educates and advises our clients on our products, while adhering to the company's underwriting policies.
  • Assists clients with Billing, Claims and insurance updates 
  • Sends out and directs Office Marketing strategies.
  • Sets sales and policy review appointments.
  • Work with the agent and peers to establish and reach office production goals with client leads and pivoting to new products.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Job Requirements:
  • MUST HAVE EXCELLANT communication and interpersonal skills including personal phone calls and e-mails.
  • Successful record of customer service and client relations.
  • Ability to review policies, update client files and follow-up.
  • Outgoing and driven for results.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and building relationships.
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
  • Ability to attract new clients and retain current ones.
  • Ability to take on responsibility.
  • Need to be detail orientated and have excellent time management skills.
Qualifications
  • 4 + Years of Customer Service, or Retail Work experience.
  • Needs to have reliable transportation to location at all times- NO PUBLIC TRANSIT IS AVAILABLE 
  • Previous insurance/sales experience in various property and casualty disciplines, such as underwriting, claims, sales or service would be an asset.
  • Good or excellent credit score.
  • Property and Casualty license (preferred/ must be able to obtain). OTL * Must have prior for to start date***

Compensación: $44,000.00 - $54,800.00 per year
