Digital Production Machine Operator & Graphic Artist
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Production Manager & Graphic Artist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both design and project management, and will be responsible for overseeing the production of all digital printing. This means operating and maintaining our Inkcups Helix rotary UV printers and wide format printers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the production of digital components and merchandise such as printed rolls of cotton, printed rolls of sublimation paper, or direct to glass printing.
- Following ship dates and ensuring all printing is done in a timely fashion for other steps, i.e. Cut & Sew to get done and meet the ship dates.
- Troubleshoot and repair machinery as needed
- Ensure that machinery is being used in a safe and efficient manner
- Maintaining the machinery and ensuring that it is in good working condition
- Keep accurate records of the production, and ensure that the production meets the required standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design and technology trends
- Manage and mentor junior team members, once trained and mastered the current responsibilities, we will hire a junior member to assist (if we have the capacity/need for this)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a digital production management role
- Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio of work to showcase
- Experience with project management tools and processes
- Knowledge Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Experience operating and maintaining machinery
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to machinery usage
- Detail-oriented and ability to work well under pressure

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
