- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconcile, and create financial reports using Quickbooks
- Monitor and maintain inventory and fixed assets
- Maintain HR, tax, insurance, and financial requirements
- Input, update, and closeout claims using company internal program
- Maintain all vendor & subcontractor COI’s
- Complete all accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, and collections
- Process all new hire paperwork, background checks, and
- Gather and coordinate hardware and software requirements.
- Review and match transactions daily
- 3+ years of experience with QuickBooks Online (most recent versions)
- 3+ years of experience with bookkeeping and collection activities
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be a team player
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
