About the Role
Join a values‑driven restoration company helping homeowners and businesses recover from fire, water, storm, or wind damage. We’re looking for reliable, detail‑oriented cleaning professionals to clean and restore customer belongings and support restoration work.
What You’ll Do
- Clean and restore household and commercial items to company standards
- Assist with restoration tasks (drying, demolition, etc.)
- Keep job sites clean and organized
- Communicate clearly with team members and be open to training
- Participate in rotating on‑call emergency response (with incentive pay)
What We’re Looking For
- Residential or commercial cleaning experience (crew lead experience a plus)
- High school diploma/GED
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
- Basic mechanical/math aptitude
- Ability to work in the U.S. indefinitely
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Work on ladders, in attics/crawl spaces, and in various environments
- Stand, walk, bend, and carry items for extended periods
- Use PPE and work around cleaning products
