Assistant Manager Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide direction to team members on daily responsibilities
- Positive coaching and feedback to support personal goals & workplace development
- Help define responsibilities and roles needed to successfully fulfill the team's goals
- Support the development of new hires through coaching and training
- Assessing team achievement of key metrics
- Promoting a healthy and productive work environment
