What does a JCA with Paul Davis do?
  • Manage all phases of job costing within RMS and QuickBooks Accounting Software
  • Manage the daily operations of the franchise as needed when the Management or Owner is not available
  • Maintain all accounting, computer and financial records for franchise in conjunction with a CPA
  • Oversees daily office administrative operations that include customer communication, insurance communication, job management, billing, collections, accounts payable and business trade relationships
  • Understands and applies insurance programs and scorecard knowledge as it relates to RMS and Luxor
  • Uses good judgement to create, maintain or improve office systems
  • Be empathetic and professionally show a sense of urgency while communicating over the phone and through modern technology

Team Qualifications (Requirements):

  • Proficient in all areas of Quickbooks a must
  • Fluent in English 
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record
  • Have the flexibility to work some overtime, if needed

Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities):
  • Public Relations-establish a rapport with insurance carriers, customers, vendors, subcontractors, adjusters, agents and fellow employees
  • Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
  • Assist other team members when needed and foster a positive working relationship with other departments.

  • Collecting information-possess strong listening and communication skills, ask questions and monitor various aspects of the business to detect problems
  • Manage all phases of job costing
  • Manage the daily operations of the franchise as needed when the owner is not available
  • Maintain all accounting, computer and financial records
  • Request and maintain updated Workplace Safety certificates & insurance coverage for subcontractors
  • Enter times sheets and process payroll
