Job Summary
Gold Star Appliance & Lighting is seeking a Administrative Assistant with a bubbly personality, great phone skills, the ability to multi-task, and work well with others. This person will be the first point of contact with existing customers during final scheduling for delivering and installing products for high level jobs. Our goal is to offer white glove service to our customers and make their installation and delivery as seamless as possible. We are proud to have wonderful customers and we truly enjoy working with them to complete their projects. This position will be working directly with the Sales Management team regarding all responsibilities and will serve as a partner in getting tasks completed.
Responsibilities
- Inbound/Outbound Calls
- Update & maintain a general calendar
- Schedule & set up Appointments/Calls
- Email communications
- Assisting in Commercial Bidding
- Answer Phones
- Filing
- Assist with inventory management
- Offer high level customer service to our clients
- Attend Occasional Office Events
- Sending necessary documentation to our clients prior to delivery
Qualifications
- Good Phone Communication Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
- Construction experience is a plus
- High School Education

The commission structure offers a large opportunity for bonus and there is no cap. All bids are supported by the sales management team so you always have assistance in your project if needed. Compensation: $18.00 per hour

Competitive Compensation
Gold Star Appliance & Lighting is proud to offer a competitive compensation plan. We offer an hourly wage + uncapped commission. We have sales associates that make upwards of $12,000 a month in commission alone (not including hourly wage), and we are excited to support each individual employee's goals and endeavors. There is no cap to your commission ever, and incentives + bonuses are available to you throughout the month and year.
