We are looking for experienced trades professionals to join our team! You will make an impact each day by responding to customers' needs for restoration/renovation jobs. These include the completion of drying, demolition, cleaning, and other restoration activities.

Responsibilities: 
  • Works alongside as an additional Technician and leads team members to complete jobs, ensuring quality, safety, timeliness, service, and profitability standards are met.
  • Ensures equipment, products, and supplies needed for each job are available and are in the truck before heading to job site
  • Leaves the job site with a clean and orderly appearance
  • Maintains vehicles and equipment 
  • Communicates openly with team and is coachable as well as coaches others to build their own leadership skills; keeps learning 
  • Participates in rotational, emergency-response program
Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED plus 3-5 years experience in restoration/construction or other related trades (e.g., drywall, carpentry, insulation)
  • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record; lives within 45 minutes of our facility
  • Has mechanical/math aptitude and practical experience with hand-held technology tools and software reporting programs
  • Must be able to work in the United States indefinitely
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs, work from a ladder at roof and ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics), handle the physical demands of jobs with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
  • Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
  • Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals and wear PPE as needed
Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
