i9 Sports is looking for enthusiastic Flag Football Officials to help create a fun, safe, and positive experience for young athletes and their families. Officials play an important role in keeping games organized, encouraging good sportsmanship, and ensuring every player has a great experience.

Schedule

Weekend game days (Saturday and/or Sunday, depending on location) throughout each 6-week season.

This is a great opportunity for teachers, coaches, college students, former athletes, or anyone who enjoys working with kids and sports.

Responsibilities

Officiate youth flag football games in accordance with i9 Sports rules.
Promote good sportsmanship and create a positive experience for players, coaches, and families.
Enforce rules fairly while keeping games safe, fun, and on schedule.
Communicate clearly with coaches, players, parents, and i9 Sports staff.
Keep score and manage game timing as needed.
Represent i9 Sports with professionalism and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of flag football rules.
Experience playing, coaching, or officiating flag football preferred.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to make confident decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Passion for working with kids and youth sports.

Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
