Job Details: $22 - $26/hour plus supplemental bonus. Works on-call, overtime, weekends and holidays as required.

Duties & Responsibilities

Repairs appliances, flooring, HVAC, plumbing, locks and electrical; performs carpentry, sheetrock repair and welding as required.
Maintains building exteriors, landscaping, and performs snow removal.
Operates company golf cart.
Cleans common areas and monitors curb appeal.
Communicates effectively with residents, staff, vendors, and contractors.

Qualifications & Experience

At least one year of experience directly related to the above duties.
Certified HVAC CPO and EPA type I 608 preferred.
Successfully pass background check and pre-employment drug screening.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to respond to on-call maintenance requests.
