After graduating with an engineering degree in early 90’s, our founder worked with Siemens Medical for over 20 years. During this time, our founder continued further education at Pepperdine Business School and majored in Entrepreneurship. Since then, they have built over four companies and realized a need for healthcare staffing and service. Thus, we started 360 Medical Staffing in October 2018 and since then, have grown to a very reputable company with a great team that is always ready to serve all of San Diego and Orange County areas.

On the other hand, our sister company, All Veterans Medical Staffing, started 30 years ago and has been providing exceptional staffing services to medical facilities up to this day. All Veterans Medical Staffing hires veterans who want to transition into civilian work. We work with a program called Veterans Helping Veterans that provides quality medical and home care.
