We are looking for someone to join our team in Cincinnati with great experience and who's fun to work with to lead our team to support our customer's Microsoft cloud and on-premise technologies. Most of our customers depend on our full support and ownership of their technologies, systems, infrastructure and security management to help them maintain their business goals while not worrying about their IT.

Key Requirements
- Create a professional rapport with customers by helping them feel their request is your most important priority
- Take ownership of requests and projects from start to finish
- Commitment to excellence
- Set customer expectations by prioritizing and scheduling their requests
- Track time and work using ticketing system
- Create and maintain documentation for system configuration, mapping and processes
- Assist Support Team with high level escalations
- Mentor and share knowledge with Support Team
- Meet personal and team targets and objectives
Technical Requirements
- Work with sales team in the scoping and design of projects and solutions
- Work with vendors (when applicable) to resolve customer issues
- Manage systems for monitoring all customer systems and infrastructure
- Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
- Maintain security, backup, and redundancy systems
- Respond to alerts from various monitoring systems
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts for internal processes and customer solutions
- Work on Projects to meet on time and on budget completion goals
- Types of projects include: Microsoft 365 Migrations, Azure Implementations, Azure AVD, Microsoft Security Projects, Network Infrastructure, Cloud Migrations, etc.
- Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human
- intervention time on any tasks
- Participate in the design of information and operational support systems
- Manage security, backup, and redundancy systems
Other Requirements
- Combination of onsite support & remote support
- Participate in On-Call rotationSame-day travel to customers outside of Cincinnati occasionally required
