Who are we looking for?
As a recreational gymnastics coach, you will be working with other coaches and program coordinators to give our kiddos a fun and empowering fitness experience. You will follow lesson plans, give corrections, and encourage a positive learning environment. 

This is a great opportunity opportunity to get experience working in the childhood development industry while staying active. The ideal candidate is creative, a strong communicator, passionate about learning, and desires an energetic working environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide instruction, correction, and motivation for students
  • Learn and follow USAG and Arizona Sunrays guidelines
  • Develop gymnastics, preschool, and NinjaZone skills and technique knowledge
  • Maintain records (attendance and skill progress)
  • Develop positive relationships with students, guardians, and co-workers
  • Administrative and maintenance tasks that help facilitate successful classes 
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Able to work afternoons and weekends
  • Able to stand for hours at a time
  • Able to lift 50 pounds
  • Enjoys working with children
  • Passion for movement

Arizona Sunrays offers a variety of high-quality programs to our community as well as to empower individuals through fun and fitness. We provide instruction in gymnastics, dance, NinjaZone, camps and more for ages 6 months through adults. We love inspiring children to find the joy of movement and partnering with local business, schools, and neighborhood groups to bring our community closer. We are families serving families!
Compensation: $14.50 - $21.00 per hour
