We are looking for a highly motivated agent to generate new business by working with current accounts and acquiring new customer accounts. You will sell, solicit, differentiate and negotiate insurance plans that match the needs of your assigned or prospective customers’ portfolio. The goal is to build up strong positive relationships, to ensure growth attainment and increase our firm’s reputation.

- Building relationships with clients, prospecting for new clients, probing to discover needs (asking questions and listening), closing sales for all lines (auto, fire, life, commercial) and asking for referrals.
- Calling prospects/clients to offer products or schedule appointments
- Attending training sessions
- Conducting insurance and financial service reviews for clients
- Meet established sales quota
- A high school diploma or equivalent required
- Must already have or be able to obtain a Georgia Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and have an aptitude for learning new programs and procedures
- Team player with a positive, professional attitude
