Compensation: $18.00 – $22.00/hour (based on experience, leadership, and performance)

What’s a Truck Commander?
Truck Commanders (TCs) are the front line and face of our company. You will be responsible for leading the job site. You’ll lead your crew, complete junk removal projects, and ensure every customer experience is outstanding. This role impacts sales, safety, and our culture - all from behind the wheel of one of our branded trucks.
We’re growing fast and hiring multiple TCs who are ready to lead, lift, and leave a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a 2-person crew and complete a full junk removal route each shift
- Load and unload furniture, appliances, and other items - often 100+ lbs
- Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly
- Create an outstanding client experience through communication and attention to detail
- Maintain daily cleanliness and equipment readiness
- Perform occasional light demolition (wood, metal, etc.) when needed
- Work as a team to ensure safety, professionalism, and efficiency on every job
- Represent our mission with pride and professionalism
Physical Demands
- Repeated lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of heavy items (up to 100+ lbs)
- Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods
- High-energy, fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (Required)
- 1+ year of driving experience (Required)
- 2+ years in manual labor, delivery, moving, retail or warehouse experience (Preferred)
- Ability to pass background check
- Social security card and valid government-issued photo ID required
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including Saturday's if needed
- Must be available for in-person work based out of Fairfax, VA
