Pikemann is looking for an Implementation Specialist with UKG Ready expertise to join our team.

As an UKG Ready Implementation Speacilist, you will be responsible for:
  • Creating new accounts for clients who need payroll, time and labor, and scheduling services, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, as well as providing excellent service.
  • Verifying that the client accounts are set up correctly by running initial live payrolls and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Educating clients on how to use and maintain their accounts using the available systems and tools.
  • Designing solutions that meet the specific needs of each client, taking into account payroll and tax compliance, client workflow preferences and system capabilities.

To be a successful UKG Ready Implementation Specialist you will need:
  • 4 years of experience working with UKG Ready software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A problem-solving mindset and a willingness to learn new skills and technologies.
