- Coach 1 practice per week & 1 game per weekend (2 hour per week commitment) per team.
- Coach 1-3 teams per season
- Lead your team at the end of season PPA tournament
- Send weekly communications to your team parents
- Someone who will follow the PPA coaching principles - be prepared, be a teacher, teach PPA Life values.
- Someone who will Coach in a manner that is energetic, fun, active, and that creates a memorable experience for our athletes.
- Someone who will communicate effectively with other PPA Staff and correspond kindly, timely and effectively with parents.
- Someone who will be a team player and not hesitate to help out where needed throughout the season.
