Responsibilities Specific to Warehouse & Shipping Coordinator:

  • Possess and live Europa Village core values.
  • Ability to drive work vehicles such as golf-carts and company truck - forklift experience a plus.
  • Moves materials to designated areas.
  • Maintains clean work area.
  • Ability to build pallets according to work orders.
  • Stacks pallets of wine and other materials in a safe manner.
  • Ensures the safe and efficient movement of goods.
  • Follows safety regulations and company guidelines.
  • Shrink wraps cases of wine and other items to secure them for transport. 
  • Conducts frequent spot and partial audits of physical inventory.
  • Assists with monthly and quarterly physical inventory audits.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Be able to communicate Europa Village’s story.
  • Ability to treat all associates and guests in a respectful manner.
  • Arrive at work prepared with excellent personal presentation standards and with appropriate pants and shoes.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule when needed.
  • Arrive on time and be respectful of attendance and punctuality.
  • Adhere to Europa Village policies and procedures.
  • Be hospitable, welcoming, and exhibit a positive attitude and willingness to assist where necessary.
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
  
Compensation: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour
