Job Summary:
Genesis Health Clubs is hiring Front Desk Associates to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure smooth day-to-day club operations. You’ll be the first point of contact for members and guests, creating a positive and professional experience every time they visit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in members & guests with a welcoming attitude
- Answer phones, manage guest passes, and assist with member inquiries
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk and stay informed about club amenities
- Support member retention efforts and contribute to overall club success
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and follow company procedures
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- CPR certification (or willing to obtain within 60 days)
- Experience with cash handling and customer service preferred
- Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
