Landscape Foreman – Korpi Lawn & Landscape


Location: Helena, MT (In-Person) Pay: (DOE)

About the Role

Korpi Lawn & Landscape is seeking driven, qualified leaders to join our team in Helena. We are looking for motivated individuals to manage our installation and maintenance projects and lead our crews to success.

In this role, you will oversee high-quality landscape installations during the summer months and transition to leading snow removal operations during the winter. At Korpi, we offer a fast-paced environment for professionals looking to take the next step in their landscaping career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Site Management: Direct daily activities on the job site to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train personnel, fostering a productive and professional environment.

  • Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for customers and designers to ensure project visions are realized.

  • Operations: Track job expenses, record labor hours, and maintain regular updates with the management team.

  • Safety: Ensure a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years in landscaping (preferred) and 1 year of management experience.

  • Licensing: Valid Driver’s License (Required). Must obtain a CDL Class A (with health endorsement and clean record) within 3 months of hire.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating medium-weight equipment and a strong knowledge of turf, perennials, shrubs, and trees.

  • Certification: Ability to earn an infield certification within one year of hire.

  • Physical Stamina: Ability to lift/push/pull up to 125 lbs, work in extreme temperatures/rain, and maintain a brisk pace while kneeling, climbing, or balancing.

  • Soft Skills: High attention to detail, excellent time management, and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

Benefits & Schedule

  • Healthcare: 50% coverage after 90 days of employment.

  • Shift Flexibility: 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts (Monday–Friday) with weekend availability required during peak seasons.

Compensation: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
