- Positive attitude
- Prior cooking experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow a recipe

- Ability to work efficiently to turn out meals rapidly

- Ability to handle multiple priorities, often working on several orders at the same time
- Understanding of safety practices and correct set up, operation, break down and cleaning of all equipment

OUR STORY
IT ALL BEGAN IN MOBILE, ALABAMA, AS THE DREAM OF HUSBAND-AND-WIFE TEAM LANCE AND GERRI MACH HALLMARK, WHO USED THEIR FOURTEEN-PLUS YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE FOOD AND BEVERAGE INDUSTRY TO OPEN THE FLAGSHIP ROCK N ROLL SUSHI IN 2010.
THEY KNEW THEY COULDN’T DO IT ALONE, SO THEY ASSEMBLED THE PERFECT TEAM TO OPERATE THAT FIRST LOCATION, A MODEST 1000-SQUARE-FOOT SPACE TUCKED INSIDE THE MOBILE MALL. A DECADE LATER, ROCK N ROLL SUSHI HAD EXPANDED TO ENCOMPASS MORE THAN FIFTY LOCATIONS ACROSS THE SOUTHEASTERN US.
SINCE DAY ONE, THE MOST REWARDING PART OF OUR WORK HAS BEEN SEEING GUESTS FALL IN LOVE WITH OUR AMPLIFIED DINING EXPERIENCE AND BECOME FANS WHO RETURN AGAIN AND AGAIN.
