Responsibilities and Duties:
- Self-starter and effectively install equipment from start to finish in both residential and commercial establishments
- Properly fill out paperwork following Summit’s installation process
- Inventory install to job cost Understanding of installing communicating equipment
- Effectively explain to customers how to operate the new system
- Establish customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction
- Keep and maintain inventory in your company service truck
- Keep truck, tools, and supplies organized
- Be on-call rotation with other technicians for after-hours calls (position specific)
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License
- Past experience as an HVAC installer or comparable education
- Highschool Education or Beyond
- EPA Certification
- Experience with operation and maintenance of chillers, heat pumps, air handlers, and geothermal systems
- Ability to climb ladders/stairs, work in attic spaces/crawl spaces, and lift 40 pounds, etc.
- Need to be personable with the willingness to learn and grow
- Team player with positive attitude

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
