HCOA Fitness is the leader in the fitness industry in Puerto Rico with 13 gyms throughout the island. We focus on providing our members with the tools they need to achieve their goals and achieve lifelong results.

The salesperson contributes to promoting the club and the company by promoting the benefits of the exercise, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets, and ensuring a positive experience for our members.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Work to set and achieve sales goals.
  • Prospecting potential customers through various methods of collecting leads.
  • Participation in promotional events of the gym.
  • Attend training events and meetings, as needed.
  • Look for opportunities to raise customer service levels and increase member retention.
  • Be well informed of all products, programs, and services offered at the gym.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE 

  • Must possess a high school diploma or GED.
  • 1 year of previous sales and customer service experience (preferred).
  • Experience and/or passion for the fitness industry.
SKILLS 

  • High degree of initiative; Highly motivated and dynamic person.
  • Flexible schedule - may include weekends and/or evenings.
  • Reliable transportation method.
  • Excellent customer service and professional communication.
