We are seeking an energetic and experienced Paramedic level Instructor to join our team! As an instructor for EMT Basic and EMT Advanced, you will lead a class of students through a successful EMT Class approximately 12 weeks long. creating and implementing a comprehensive educational curriculum. Your goal is to create a welcoming learning environment and provide students with the tools they need to reach their full potential. The ideal candidate is compassionate, creative, and has a passion for teaching!
Responsibilities:
- Plan a classroom curriculum that meets school standards
- teach EMT level skills
- help with VR Curriculum
- Instruct in back of ambulance
- teach ambulance protocols and skills
- Encourage the development of students’ critical thinking skills
- Prepare any necessary learning materials
- Assign homework
- Take attendance
- Grade assignments and provide feedback
- Document students’ learning progress
- Collaborate with other teachers and school personnel to create a healthy and safe learning environment
- Report and document behavioral incidents
Qualifications:
- Paramedic certification
- licensed by BEMPS, or willing to obtain this certification rapidly
- actual experience as EMT advanced or paramedic level erience
- Understanding of teaching and classroom principles and best practices in education and classroom management
- adhere to the guidelines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Compensation: $20.00 per hour

We've brought in equipment that will access and provide accurate and objective feedback on a student's performance in administering life saving skills.
This allows our instructors to provide every student with tips to improve their life-saving skills.
This course provides a foundational training for students aspiring to continue their education in advanced nursing, physician’s assistant courses, and even medical schools. Do more than just function after your training, succeed in whatever step is next!
