πŸ“ Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • πŸš— Travel between client homes across Suffolk, Portsmouth, Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, and Hampton

  • 🧭 Fill in for care shifts between 9 AM and 5 PM, Monday through Friday

  • πŸ‘₯ Provide mentorship and guidance to fellow caregivers

  • πŸ› Deliver personal care services: bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, feeding

  • 🧺 Handle light housekeeping and laundry

  • 🍽️ Prepare meals and assist with dietary needs

  • πŸ’Š Provide medication reminders

  • πŸ’¬ Engage in companionship and emotional support

  • πŸ‘¨β€πŸ‘©β€πŸ‘§ Educate families on safe caregiving techniques

  • 🧾 Assist with new client transitions and special care assignments

  • πŸ“‹ Complete documentation and tasks as directed by the Administrator

🧠 What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • βœ” A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (travel required)

  • βœ” At least 1 year of caregiving experience (PCA/CNA/NA)

  • βœ” Confidence to work independently and handle varying assignments

  • βœ” Professionalism, flexibility, and a caring heart

  • βœ” Strong communication and people skills
