Restoration Project Managers work with owners and sub-contractors after events such as a fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. As a Restoration Project Manager, you will supervise the renovation, as well as manage costs with the insurance provider. This means you will spend a good deal of time in the field.

We are looking for individuals who are results driven and can manage several moving parts at one time. Is self-motivated
Likes working with people and tradesman
Is organized, but flexible. Must be able to prioritize and manage time
Thrives under high stress situations
Has excellent communication skills and carries themselves in a professional
manner
Works well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Is willing to work hard
Construction project management experience is preferred

Construction project management experience is preferred. (1-3 Years)

Compensación: $3,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month
