We are hiring for In-Home CareGivers, ready to provide quality in-home care and develop an enriching meaningful relationship with our clients. Our clients often require assistance with activities of daily living but also need assistance staying connected with the outside world through social activities, appointments, and errands. Your role as a certified caregiver helps them to live life to their fullest. We are open to applicants from the following industries: Caregivers, Medical, CNA, Nursing, Hospitality, etc.

Caregiver Benefits:
  • Immediate need up to 40 hours per week

  • Use our CareGiver Mobile App to track your work schedule, your client's care plan, help with family communication, and more.
  • $19/hour and cell phone reimbursement.
  • Holiday Pay and Vacation time accrual.
  • Paid travel time PLUS $1.20/mile reimbursed when driving a client or between multiple clients in a day.
  • Paid Orientation & Training programs include 12 hours of annual coursework.
  • On-going CEUs are available to maintain certifications.
  • Advancement opportunity to in-office operations positions.
Caregiver Duties:
  • Making in-depth connected relationships within the home care environment. 
  • Use our CareGiver mobile app to keep track of your work schedule, shift responsibilities, communicate with the office, and much more.
  • Full scope of interaction with the client in their home including assistance with their activities of daily living, maintaining their home environment, and keeping them engaged with the outside world.
Caregiver Requirements:
  • Home Care Aide Registry (HCA): we can assist you with this process if needed.
  • Experience as a caregiver in a home care setting, community living, or skilled nursing facility.
  • TB screening or clear chest X-ray.
  • Must be able to meet quality standards of care during shifts and follow standard procedures for engaging with the rest of the care team.
  • Reliable transportation to different clients throughout the workweek and weekends.

Compensation: $19.00 per hour
