Position Overview: 
 

STATE FARM SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED -

Requirements-

1. Must have State Farm SALES experience
2. Be licensed in P&C and Life/Health in the state of Texas
3. Close 50 or more P&C apps per month
4. Close 4 life and 2 Health (STDI) apps per month
5. Ask and get a minimum of 5 referrals per month

I am looking for a Super Star with State Farm sales experience that can close 60 or more P&C apps per month.
Salary structure is set with escalating commission structure, so the more you sell, the high percentage of commission goes! Commission income potential is unlimited!
Must close a minimum of 4 Life and 2 Health (STDI) monthly and gain referrals

If you have these abilities, then you will be compensated well! 

I do buy leads so you must have a strong ILP PROCESS to close the sale.

Responsibilities: 
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance products
  • Cold call on leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and offer appropriate products and services modified to fit each customers individual needs
  • The ability to sell Home, Auto, Life and Health insurance and ask for referrals
  • Achieve monthly goals for commissions
  • Call internet leads & follow the process
  • Search in book opportunities to multi-line

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
