What You'll Do
We’re seeking a Master Fabricator with experience in steel, stainless, or galvanized materials—ideally from aerospace, marine, custom automotive, or architectural metalwork.
In this role, you will:
- Build custom steel window and door systems to spec
- Weld, shape, grind, and finish steel with tight tolerances (MIG & TIG)
- Interpret complex engineering drawings and adapt in real time
- Ensure final products meet hurricane and ballistic performance standards
- Collaborate with skilled team members to solve intricate fabrication challenges
- Maintain clean, safe, and professional-grade workspaces
What You Bring
- 5+ years of hands-on fabrication experience in a custom, non-production environment
- Mastery of MIG and TIG welding on steel, stainless, and galvanized components
- Ability to read and execute from detailed shop drawings or blueprints
- Pride in your craft—your work is structurally sound and visually excellent
- Strong attention to detail and respect for fit and finish
- Experience in high-end architectural projects or related trades preferred
Bonus if You Have
- Background in aerospace, marine, custom automotive, or precision sheet metal work
- Familiarity with hurricane or ballistic-rated systems (ASTM, Miami-Dade, etc.)
- Experience working with CNC, brake presses, or specialty finishing tools

Compensation: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
