BENEFITS:
- Hourly pay, bonus and commissions $21.00-25.00 an hour based on experience. (Average Agency base $51,000 bonus & commissions $17,200)
- Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days) after just 30 days and up to 120 paid time off)

- Signing bonus for pre-licensed professionals after completed training.
- No nights or weekend
- Additional bonus after 30 days for any previous State Farm Experience greater then 6 months
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer.
- Property & Casualty license required with in 14 days
- State Farm experience recommended.
- Bilingual preferred Portugueses, French, Spanish and Somali
