Paul Davis Restoration of Bucks County is looking to add a Restoration Technician to our elite team.

Job Description:

· Use of cleaning chemicals and equipment in a safe, effective manner

· Perform demolition of general building materials and flooring

· Operate/stock/clean/load/unload company truck or van

· Understand and employ proper drying techniques

· Setup and monitor restoration equipment including dehumidifiers, air movers, negative air machines, etc.

· Packing/Unpacking, inventorying, and transporting of property and furniture

· Handle documentation including work orders, authorizations, timesheets, photo reports, etc.

· Understand and employ proper cleaning techniques for both structure and contents

· Safely and efficiently use basic hand tools

Candidates MUST:

· Possess the ability to lift up to 50 lbs

· Possess a clean driving record

· Pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screening

· Pass a pre-employment criminal background check

· Provide their own basic hand tools (list to be provided)

· Have ability to work full time with flexibility for nights and weekends

Experience/Skills preferred, but will train:

· Experience in the Property Restoration industry
