Trial Attorney

Job Summary
We are seeing a Senior Litigation Attorney. In this role, you will provide legal counsel, perform legal research, draft documents, and litigate cases The ideal candidate is experienced in all litigation phases. If you are a self-starter with experience in personal injury and/or insurance law, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Develop risk mitigation strategies
- Perform legal research and extensive due diligence
- Provide legal advice to clients
- Prepare for and attend legal proceedings: hearings, depositions, mediations and trial
- Negotiate on behalf of clients
- Supervise paralegals and administrative assistants
Qualifications
- Successful completion of a Juris Doctor (J.D. degree) from an accredited law school
- Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing
- Previous jury trial experience (civil)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Compensation: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
