Position Overview

Are you outgoing and customer-focused? Do you enjoy working with the public? If you answered yes to these questions, working for a State Farm independent contractor agent may be the career for you! State Farm agents market only State Farm Insurance and financial service products. Besides 401k, health benefits, PTO, as well as annual bonus and promotions.  We also always have snacks and food available at the office and buy our team lunch at least once a week, we also have team outings frequently.  


Responsibilities

  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Provide remarkable customer service, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and make appropriate recommendations for products and services.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
