Total Tire Solutions is a locally owned and operated business serving multiple locations.

A Warehouse Worker at Total Tire Solutions performs the following duties, including but not limited to:

Essential Skills:
  • Working safely is our company’s number one business objective. Each employee must be dedicated in his or her safety responsibility while conducting business. It will be a condition of employment that all employees are expected to work safely and contribute to the safety of others.
  • Lift up to 75 pounds or more regularly.
  • Experience in operating forklift.
  • Responsible for keeping grounds/property free of trash and debris including inside and outside of the fence line each day. In addition, this position should walk the property daily to check for any screws and nails that need to be thrown away.
  • Empty outside trash cans regularly
  • Taking delivery of goods, storing, and stacking tires neatly.
  • Receive material into the building by vendors/customers and verify quantity and description by checking against the packing list (reject damaged or incorrect items and report/record any discrepancies)
  • Ensure warehouse/equipment is maintained on a regular basis.
  • Must have organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • This individual must possess the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization; as well as: external vendors, business contacts, existing customers and potential customers.
  • Demonstrates and promotes a spirit of cooperation and teamwork throughout the company.
  • Continually looks for ways to improve our processes and ability to serve our customers effectively.
  • Continually strives to improve personal performance. Takes an active role in seeking training or other opportunities for growth and development.
  • Does not divulge any confidential personnel and/or corporate policy.
  • Will not engage in gossip or other unprofessional conduct.
  • Work in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Requirements.
  • The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
  • Other duties as assigned.
You will need to be a quick learner who has the ability to receive instructions and follow our shop's procedures. Paying strong attention to detail and being dedicated to honesty, and fairness is important.
 
Qualifications/Experience:
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a good driving record.
  • Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
  • Must be detail-oriented and organized.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
  • Monday - Friday 7:00am - 5:00pm.
  • Overtime as needed.

Schedule:
  • 10 hour shift
