- Educating and Advising: Use a consultative approach to educate customers about insurance and financial options, ensuring they have the coverage and plan that meets their specific needs.
- Building Lasting Relationships and Driving Growth: Connect with customers on a personal level, establishing trust and rapport while understanding their unique needs. Cultivating satisfied and loyal customers, identifying opportunities to promote our products and services, making a positive impact on our business and the lives of our customers. Providing customers with peace of mind.
Qualifications We're Looking For

- Current Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health License: Must have or be willing to obtain.
- Prior State Farm / Insurance Experience: Preferred, but not required.

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies.
Compensation: $32,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
