Ambitious sales- minded individual with pleasant interpersonal skills that can build rapport with prospective customers. Will focus on building a pipeline (provided campaigns), making outbound sales calls and connecting potential customers to our agents- warm leads. Should be efficient with time management and ability to work with Microsoft Teams, Saleforce CRM and Office technologies. Driven and positive to meet and exceed specified daily goals of outbound calls. There will also be opportunity for some direct outside marketing to referral partners. This position offers 5 hour to 8 hour shifts during business hours 9-5. No weekends.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
- Experience working in Tele-Sales or outbound/inbound calling preferred
- Previous work experience with customers highly preferred.
- Have a hunter-like mentality
- Ability to actively listen and engage in conversation with potential customers to uncover opportunities.
