ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Financial Account Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member with Gary Clark - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish productive relationships to create a pipeline of prospective clients from various sources by networking, cold calling, product sales, cross-selling, referrals, your own circle of influence, etc.
- Evaluate business or individual customer's needs and financial status and proposing protection plans that meet their criteria.
- Monitor insurance claims to ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Cultivate leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet customer acquisition and marketing goals.
- Meet or speak with clients daily, providing information about policies and answering questions related to coverage and premiums.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
- Constantly updating industry knowledge and skill set through workshops, continuous training, networking events, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate) preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, influence and sell effectively.
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships.
- Passion for helping others.
- Property and Casualty License and Life and Health License or must be able to obtain these licenses.

Compensation: $26,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
