- Work safely in residential and commercial properties that have been damaged by fire, water, storm, and/or mold.
- Survey damage within the property
- Evaluate and record damage to all items within the property.
- Cleaning process for both contents and structural damage.
- Demolition of structural damage to properties through the use of hand and power tools.
- Clean up assigned job sites after demolition.
- Perform initial site visits.
- Conduct moisture inspections.
- Set restoration equipment within guidelines .
- Complete notes of assigned jobs in our primary App (MICA).
- Contact the customer of assigned jobs with ETA.
- Take photos of jobs assigned at start, completion, and throughout the process .
- Responsible for maintaining assigned vehicles and equipment.
- Responsible for unloading and reloading assigned vehicles with equipment.
- Keep equipment clean and organized in the Warehouse.
- Responsible for unloading trash in assigned areas .
- Responsible for recording your time and coding it to the job assigned.
- IICRC certifications (IICRC classes offered from time to time)
- Assist in the development of new hires through on the job training.
- Hold our company’s Vision, Values, Mission and 10 Serving Basics throughout job position.

Required Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Customer Service experience
- 1 plus year experience in a craft, trade, or manual labor position or equivalent schooling

Preferred Education and Experience
- Associate or bachelor's Degree
- One or more years' experience within the restoration industry
- Willingness for continued learning and growth
- Attention to details in organization, cleanliness and care for facility, assets and equipment.
- Aptitude with record keeping, recording information and communicating ‘the message.’
- Awareness and respect for safety, using care are caution with teammates and customers.
- Strength with multitasking and handling deadlines
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and comfortable on your feet for prolonged periods of time.
