We are seeking an experienced and caring Bilingual Medical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, passionate about working with children, and committed to supporting families by ensuring excellent communication and compassionate care.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients and families in both English and Spanish, ensuring clear communication at every step.
- Prepare patients for exams, record vital signs, and assist providers during visits.
- Update and maintain accurate patient records in the electronic health system.
- Manage scheduling, follow-up appointments, and patient inquiries.
- Assist with immunizations, lab orders, and specimen collection as needed.
- Support the clinic’s daily operations with professionalism, empathy, and teamwork.
Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) – required.
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience in pediatrics or primary care settings is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and patient care skills.
