Job Summary
We are seeking a Spanish/English bilingual Medical Assistant to become a part of our team! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical office running smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized and takes initiative to get tasks completed.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
- Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
- Prepare patients for examination and treatment
- Prepare and maintain supplies and equipment for treatments
- Assist with scheduling of tests
- Handle and answer external and internal phone calls
- Data entry
- Maintain medicine cabinet and refrigerator.
- Log samples and medications received.
- Perform routine injections
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in healthcare
- Must be organized
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience giving injections and taking vital signs
- Must speak Spanish
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
