As a Agent's Executive Assistant - State Farm Agent Team Member forJennifer Tinsley - State Farm Agent, your creativity, and strategy promote the continued growth of our agency. Your diversified marketing shapes our brand’s public image and cultivates existing client relations. Your cross-functional campaigns will expand the value generated by producers, innovate our customers’ experience, and strategically position our agency… whether on social media or at community events!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Agent's Executive Assistant - State Farm Agent Team Member forJennifer Tinsley - State Farm Agent, your creativity, and strategy promote the continued growth of our agency. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with the agent to help manage the website and social media content.
- Work with the agent to identify and support local community events.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Update microsite and print ads as needed.
- Office administration such as ordering supplies and office organization
- Tracking internal sales promotions and office performance
- Responsible for organizing office celebrations and birthdays
- Client relations such as seasonal appreciation activities
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficient in social media, website, and email content generation
- High organizational skills
- Self-motivated and initiative
- People-oriented
- Creative in problem-solving and goal achievement
BENEFITS:
- Hourly with commission opportunity for referral, Google Review and appointment setting
- Part-time with some flexibility
- 401K matching available after 1 year if hourly requirements are met
Compensación: $25.00 per hour
