As a Telemarketing Associate with the Macon agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the continued growth of a growing insurance agency. - Establish customer relationships with the small business and apartment leasing manager community.
- Handle administrative duties and set appointments for licensed team members.
- Handle agency social media in a creative manner.
- Provide your personal input to complete your job description.
- Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
- Dedicated to customer service
- Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.
- Excellent computer skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members.
- Proactive in problem-solving
- Base pay plus commission/bonus should average $15-$18 hourly.
