Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team! You will play a crucial role in carrying out individual treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families. Operating with professional expertise and deep care for clients, you are a natural problem solver and self-starter. You enjoy working in fast-paced environments that afford you the autonomy to bring your best.

Responsibilities
- On-site work with children 3 years old and above.
- Participate in client's plans of care.
- Carry out treatment plans with client's families
- Stand, stoop, and move throughout the clinic for your entire assigned shift.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Work closely with all clinic staff to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity in a team environment
Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
- Minimum one year of experience in OT
- Pediatrics experience required
- IL state license as OTA
Compensation: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
