Position: Human Resources Generalist
What does a HR Generalist with Paul Davis do?
· Drive talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
· Administer, evaluate, and upload pre-employment surveys for applicants.
· Submit and upload background check forms for employees and subcontractors. Assist with background check audits, when necessary.
· Set up and administer initial interviews for potential applicants. Schedule follow up interviews with Leadership team for potential A-players.
· Assist with on-boarding and orientation of new hires.
· Assist with employee professional development training and scheduling.
· Track and upload all training certifications. Take care of the renewals as needed.
· Administer employee personnel files and benefits enrollment.
· Coordinate PD employee recognition for personal celebrations and professional acknowledgements.
· Conduct new employee criminal background checks and motor vehicle report checks.
· Coordinate employee exit procedures and schedule exit interviews.
· Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as vacation and compensation.
· Plan and organize team building activities.
· Maintain and update OSHA Reporting spreadsheet.
· Acquisition/processing of new tradesmen, subcontractors and vendors.
· Maintain and update Gorilla Profile.
· Assist with planning and execution of company-wide events.
· Assist with Front Office duties, answering phones and assisting with customer service when needed.
