Job Description

The Personal Lines Producer at the Allstate Insurance Agency in Mechanicsburg is responsible for maintaining relationships with current and prospective clients through new client sales.

Responsibilities:

Develop sales opportunities with new and existing clients in person, online, by phone, text and email.
Process quotes and bind insurance coverage.
Maintain excellent relationships with clients and prospects and follow up as appropriate.
Collaborate with team members and participate in formal and informal meetings as needed.
Maintain CE and participate in ongoing education.

Qualifications:

Have a proven track record of sales success.
Hold the P&C insurance license for the State of Pennsylvania. L&H helpful but not required.
Possess a valid driver’s license and a source of reliable transportation.
Have a space suitable for work from home if applicable.

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
